CREATING MAGIC SINCE 1976
Southend Sorcerers Society is a magic club based in Southend (who'd have guessed it!). We meet once a month to discuss the latest innovations in magic, get tips and advice from other magicians, as well as holding numerous events throughout the year. This includes stage and close-up competitions, auctions, and guest lecturers from across the country.
Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings and our membership ranges from professionals to Hobbists. We also have a Juniors section for children aged 12-16
As part of our club, we also provide entertainment for schools, clubs, and events where we can help you raise funds with some of the best magic around!

Our social nights where you can meet up with other magicians and discuss the latest news in magic, get feedback on a new trick or just chat with friends! Plus we have our renowned round table chats where we discuss topics that members ask about!

We have two competitions each year where our members can demonstrate their skills and maybe even win a trophy.

Throughout the year we bring some of the best and creative magical minds to Southend where they can show you their latest effects and share their wisdom as well as offer you discounts on their effects
CLUB SHOWS
As an addition to our monthly meetups, our performers regulary perform for shows that we are booked for as well as for our annual club show "As If By Magic". All our members are eligible to perform at these events.
